OUR DAY LONG GUIDED TOURS OF WALES POLICY
We do not give refunds for our day long tours. However, we will where operationally possible, offer you a credit for an existing tour with availability.
Cancelled places will be offered a credit only if we have 7 or more days notice.
There will be no credit for non-attendance even with notice of up to 7 days.
If we need to cancel an event you will receive good notice and a full refund. We cannot be held liable for any costs you may have incurred.
Please note that we only guarantee to deliver walks with bookings of 3 people or more and it is low numbers or exceptional weather that will be the only foreseeable reason for cancellation of an event.
OUR ADVENTURE HOLIDAY REFUND POLICY
We Cancel: In the unheard-of situation where we have to cancel an event, not happened to date, you get a 100% refund of the monies paid but we will not be liable for associated costs that you have incurred.
You Cancel: More than 60 days notice – 100% refund. More than 30 days notice – 50% refund. Less than 30 days notice – 0% refunded. If we have incurred fees in the transaction these fees will be deducted from any refunded amount.
We, therefore, recommend that you have some holiday insurance in place to cover cancellations or re-scheduling that is beyond your control. Your bank is a good place to start for holiday insurance.
